SCULPS HILL HERBS Herb & Fruit Vinegars Sculps Hill Herbs is a thirteen acre, organically farmed homestead in Southern Schuylkill County PA. In spring, we sell heirloom rose plants, many of which bloom in our gardens in June. We stopped counting at 200 varieties of old roses. We use petals of the most fragrant roses to make our rose beads. In summer we make herb vinegars with top quality white wine & red wine vinegar using just picked herbs still warm from our fields and gardens Our vinegars are made in small batches in this labor intensive, "log cabin” industry and quantities are limited. By Christmas, we are just about sold out for the year.
